1. Return policy: I have an account with a login


Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full refunds, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Furthermore, your item must be in the original packaging and the item needs to have the proof of purchase.


How to request a return?

Login on the website and go to the ‘My account’ page. Select ‘My Returns’ and you’ll see an overview of all your orders that can be returned. Select the order and click ‘Return’. Then choose the item(s) and let us know the return reason, the item condition and the return resolution. Please also write a message to describe the issue as detailed as possible. Then submit the request.


How to ship the item(s)

Please send the items and a copy of the invoice the address below. After you’ve requested a return you will get an e-mail with your personal RMA ID.

Refunds

Once we have received your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved (please see the options below), we will initiate a refund to your or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. The shipping costs may be refundable, please see the information below. When applicable, our predefined cost of return shipping for your country will be deducted from your refund.

Please send us the item(s) that you would like to return. Also please add a note with the following order information (or write it on the printed invoice send per-email):
- Your full name
- Order number
- Return reason for every returned item
