Via our webshop, we process privacy-sensitive data, or personal data. 2Service B.V. considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. As such, we carefully process and secure personal data.

Our data processing complies with privacy legislation requirements. This means, among other things, that we:

Your account

For some parts in our webshop, you need to register first. That requires that you provide information about yourself and choose a username. We use these to create an account. You can then log in on this account using that username and a password you choose yourself. To this end, we use your address details, telephone number, invoicing address and email address. We need these for the agreement that we conclude with you. We keep this information until you cancel the account.

We store this information so that you do not have to fill it in all the time and so that we can contact you in the context of implementation of the agreement. You can change information through your account whenever you want.

Handling orders
Whenever you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. In that case, we may provide your personal data to our delivery service to have your order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. To this end, we use your address details, telephone number, invoicing address, email address and payment details. We need these for the agreement that we conclude with you. We keep this information for two years after your payment has been completed. We keep certain customer data longer in connection with the statutory retention obligation for tax purposes.
