Warranty

For consumers who buy from Samsungselfrepair.shop, the following warranty & return periods apply per subject:

Warrant length for technical defects

Samsung repair parts are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. If you use or retain the part(s), you accept Samsung's Terms & Conditions, including an Arbitration Agreement.


Limitation
Our policy is to honour guarantee claims within the guarantee period, unless the defect is caused by owner/user abuse or negligence or if the product was not used as intended. We may require you to return a product for analysis prior to issuance of a credit or replacement. Samsungselfrepair.shop (2Service BV) and/or Samsung is not liable for reimbursing third party costs as we facilitate customers to be able to do repairs themselves to save on labour.

To the fullest extent possible under applicable law, Samsungselfrepair.shop (2Service BV) and/or Samsung will not be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of or connected with use or misuse or our products.

For example, Samsungselfrepair.shop and/or Samsung will not cover user errors like:

·       If you lose something from your order, we can't replace it for you.

·       If you break a part during installation, Samsungselfrepair.shop and/or Samsung will not replace it.

·       If you accidentally damage the part after installation, Samsungselfrepair.shop and/or Samsung will not replace it.

·       If you damage one component while replacing another in your device, Samsungselfrepair.shop and/or Samsung are not responsible for replacing that damaged component for you.

·       Additionally, if you destroy a tool or tool roll due to misuse, Samsungselfrepair.shop and/or Samsung can’t replace it.

·       Samsungselfrepair.shop and/or Samsung is not responsible for any damage to your device due to improper installation or accidental damage. This includes data loss.

Example: If your replacement Samsung screen stops working a month after you installed it, we'll send a replacement. If you drop your Samsung and the screen shatters, we won't replace the screen.
